4 MILE RIDGE HELI-HIKING ADVENTURE

The signature heli-hiking experience at Tweedsmuir Park Lodge offers guests the opportunity to access the spectacular alpine wilderness of the Coast Mountains by helicopter. After a scenic flight from the Bella Coola Valley, guests land on 4 Mile Ridge and explore remote alpine landscapes featuring glacier views, wildflower meadows, rugged peaks and panoramic views over the Great Bear Rainforest. Guided by experienced local professionals, this adventure provides access to terrain that would otherwise take days to reach.

BELLA COOLA EXPLORER

The Bella Coola Explorer is a multi-day wilderness adventure designed to showcase the diverse landscapes and wildlife of the Bella Coola Valley. The Grizzly Bear Safari offers guests the opportunity to witness wild grizzly bears in their natural habitat throughout the Bella Coola Valley. 4 MILE RIDGE HELI-HIKING ADVENTURE

Moderate to high fitness level recommended. Guests should be comfortable hiking approximately 5 kilometres over uneven alpine terrain, including rocky surfaces, elevation changes and sections of light scrambling. The pace is adjusted to suit the group.

BELLA COOLA EXPLORER

Suitable for a wide range of abilities. Activities are tailored to guests’ interests and fitness levels, with options ranging from relaxed sightseeing and cultural experiences to more active hiking and outdoor adventures.

GRIZZLY BEAR SAFARI

Suitable for all ability levels. The safari focuses on wildlife viewing rather than strenuous activity, making it ideal for guests of all ages and fitness levels. Some walking may be required on uneven terrain when accessing viewing locations.
